1. From the Launchpad, select the "Admin Controls" icon.
  2. Once on the Admin Controls page, select the "Inventory" icon.
  3. Under the "Actions" column, click on the box with an image of an eye.
  4. Click on "Edit" in the upper right hand corner.
  5. Click the green switch next to "Active" to inactivate the item. The switch will turn light gray.
  6. Click "Save" in the upper right hand corner.
  7. On the main inventory database page, the item will now indicate that it is inactive under the "Status" column, but will remain in the database for future re-activation.
