- From the Launchpad, select the "Admin Controls" icon.
- Once on the Admin Controls page, select the "Users" icon.
- Select "Add User" from the upper right hand corner.
- Fill in the User's First Name, Last Name, and Email in each field as indicated, and click "Save."
- Under "Agency Information", fill in the user's EMT# and Level.
- Under "Permissions", click the switch corresponding with each features the user needs access to.
- Click "Save."
