1. Choose a Vehicle (checksheets may only be built for existing vehicles).
  1. From the Launchpad, select the "Admin Controls" icon.
  2. Once on the Admin Controls page, select the "Checksheet Builder" icon.
  3. Select the Vehicle name which requires a rig checksheet.

2. Add Compartments to that Vehicle.

  1. Click on "Add Compartments" in the bottom left corner.
  2. Click "Add New Compartments."
  3. Type the Compartment Name in the field.
  4. For Compartments with a seal, click the "Display Seal" switch and type the seal number into the "Current Seal" field. 
  5. To add additional Compartments, click "Save & New." If no additional Compartments are required, click "Save.

3. Add Inventory Items to each Compartment.

  1. After all the Compartments have been added, click the "Next" button in the bottom right corner. 
  2. Type the name of the Inventory Item into the search bar on the left to narrow down the available items.
  3. Once the Inventory Item is located, click directly on the name of the Inventory Item, hold, and drag the item over to the Compartment on the right side of the screen.
  4. Once the Inventory Item is in the Compartment field, let go of the mouse button. The Inventory Item is added.
  5. Complete the fields in the pop-up box titled "Compartment Item Properties."
    1. Select the input type from the drop down menu.
    2. Enter the minimum Inventory quantity, if applicable.
    3. The display name of the Inventory Item can be overwritten by typing the desired display name in the "Description Override" field. This field can be left blank if the Inventory Item Name already reads as desired.
    4. For Inventory Items that require verification by every crew, click on the "Required" switch. This will prevent final submission of the rig checksheet until the Inventory Item has been verified. 
    5. Click the "Update" button in the lower right corner.
  6. Once all desired Inventory Items have been added to each compartment, click "Save" in the lower right corner.
