1. From the Launchpad, select the "Admin Controls" icon.
  2. Once on the Admin Controls page, select the "Users" icon.
  3. Select a user from the dropdown field.
  4. Click the green switch next to "Active". The switch will turn light gray.
  5. Click "Save" in the lower right hand corner.
  6. Click "Close" on the pop-up screen.
  7. The user will not be able to access or utilize the system, but will remain in the database for future re-activation.
